Michael Manning
Founded Premium Resource Management, Inc. in 1992 is Sarasota, FL following a professional career as an Accounting Manager and Budget Analyst for large international Corporations.
Acquired Surfside CAM Services, Inc.in 2016, and with dedicated assistance of new and motivated staff associates, redesigned all operating systems and procedures.Work flow design procedure changes allowed improved client services.
Both firms remain active and healthy, and we are enjoying steady growth at Surfside, serving clients from Venice to Port Charlotte, and North Port to Rotonda and Placida
Kayla Kraft
Beginning her association management career in 2016, she has learned what it takes to manage association properties effectively over the past 7 years. She is a Englewood local graduating from Lemon Bay High School in 2014 and obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida in 2019. As a licensed community association manager since 2019 she handles the accounts payable, collections and is a portfolio manager at the firm. She enjoys spending time with her son, Owen, who you might just run into occasionally at the office!
Pat Bell
Thirty three years experience working for civil service (Air Force). The last ten years of my government career, I held two major command-level positions: Senior Secretary and Chief of Protocol, Air Force Materiel Command. Both positions entailed writing letters, attending meetings, answering phones, drafting powerpoint presentations, filing and calendar management. As the Chief of Protocol, oversaw major command events such as the Air Force Marathon, AFMC Air Tattoo (air show), and various high-level conferences. During the past year and a half, I have worked as the office manager for Surfside CAM Services where my duties include, writing letters, answering phones, filing, scheduling contractors, distribution of emails and the postal mail.
Bree Brucker
With more than 25 years experience as a local CAM, Bree brings a diverse background of managing communities whether it is a condominium complex, a homeowner association, over 55 community, cooperative association or manufactured home community, she is here to help! As a licensed Broker-Association Real Estate Agent she can also assist you with your real estate needs.
Owen
Starting his journey as the youngest employee at the firm he enjoys watching Ms. Rachel, Paw Patrol and playing with his cars. As a fresh 2 year old he is always up for adventure and loves to play outside. He is always ready to greet you when you come and visit us!
