Surfside CAM Services is a Community Association Management company located in Englewood, Florida. We are focused on customer service, and provide full administrative and financial services to our clients.

Surfside was founded in 2006 and grew to serve a number of community associations in the area. Founders Charlie and Jennifer Bray were joined by current owner Michael Manning in 2016, and 3 additional employees. Surfside currently employs state licensed managers, office management staff, and accounting staff in the Englewood Office.
