Founded Premium Resource Management, Inc. in 1992 is Sarasota, FL following a professional career as an Accounting Manager and Budget Analyst for large international Corporations.

Acquired Surfside CAM Services, Inc.in 2016, and with dedicated assistance of new and motivated staff associates, redesigned all operating systems and procedures.Work flow design procedure changes allowed improved client services.

Both firms remain active and healthy, and we are enjoying steady growth at Surfside, serving clients from Venice to Port Charlotte, and North Port to Rotonda and Placida

Barbara brings many years of accounting experience to our team. She has worked locally for more than 36 years.

With more than 25 years experience as a local CAM, Bree brings a diverse background of managing communities whether it is a condominium complex, a homeowner association, over 55 community, cooperative association or manufactured home community, she is here to help! As a licensed Broker-Association Real Estate Agent she can also assist you with your real estate needs.
